Each exhibiting company is required to register on-line and provide names for all staff manning your stand during the Exhibition. Exhibitors’ badges will be issued based on this information.
All Exhibiting Companies are entitled to a number of free badges based on the stand size: ONE COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBITOR BADGE FOR EVERY 3 sq.m of SPACE (E.g. 30 sq.m stand is entitled to 10 free Exhibitors’ Badges). Additional badges can be obtained for a fee of 30 USD each.
Please also register all your service staff who will be present at the stand during the exhibition (hostesses, IT support etc). Stand contractors (for custom build stands) should not be included in this allocation as they will be registered separately through on-line Contractors’ Registration.
Please note that it’s very important that you read the Step by Step guide that will explain how to follow the on-line procedure . We recommend that you print it and have it with you while you are completing your registration.
One person from each Exhibiting company should be assigned to register all your staff and provide their contact details (including passport numbers). Your Group Registration Account will be linked to this person’s e-mail address so that changes/additions can be made at any time.
