The 20th World Petroleum Congress Opening Ceremony and Dinner Sunday, 4 December at 17h30, Doha Exhibition Center
The 20th World Petroleum Congress kicks off with an opening ceremony and dinner at Doha Exhibition Center (DEC). Join fellow delegates for a 5-star dinner reflecting the richness of Arabian cuisine. The night includes a performance by the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra.
Due to the large number of delegates expected to attend the Opening Ceremony, the event is being held at the Doha Exhibition Center. Car parking is limited at this venue, so we advise all guests use the complimentary congress shuttle bus services provided from the hotel hubs by the 20th World Petroleum Congress.
If you are driving your own car to DEC, please follow the directional signs for parking. Only holders of VIP parking permits will be admitted to the VIP parking area.
Dress code: Formal Business Attire / National Dress.
Please Note: You will need to present your delegate badge to gain entry to this and all social events so it is advisable to collect your delegate badge from the QNCC as early as possible beginning 3 December. |
